Beijing Lenno Trade Co., Ltd. (Lenno), together with foreign suppliers, is responsible for the installation guidance, technician training and after-sale services of equipment and tools, including maintenance and provision of spare parts.
The following is our letter of commitment for mutual encouragement:
Installation and After-Sales Service
Lenno guarantees that the food processing machineries provided are made of first-class materials and first-class technology and are brand new. Lenno hereby promises that our company and suppliers are responsible for installation guidance, commissioning, technician training and after-sale services for the sold machines. When the machine fails and cannot work normally, our company will make a substantive response within 24 hours. No matter what reason causes the failure, the seller will actively cooperate with the buyer to solve the problem. The Seller shall provide a full set of Chinese instructions for the machines sold free of charge.
Supply of Spare Parts
All common spare parts are in stock of our supplier's warehouse. After receiving customer's spare parts ordering notice, we will purchase relevant spare parts as soon as possible. On the basis of normal working days, the time for spare parts to reach the customer is about 2 weeks.
Regular Visits
The Seller guarantees that the after-sale return vist (on-site return visit or telephone return visit) shall not be less than 4 times a year.
