The 6th World Congress on Electroporation (WCE 2026) will take place in Daytona Beach, Florida, USA, from 27th September to 1st October. As a premier global academic event in the field of pulsed electric fields (PEF) and electroporation, the congress focuses on cutting-edge research achievements of PEF technology in biology, medicine, food and environmental technology.

 

 

Elea from Germany, strategic partner of Lenno, will take an in-depth part in this congress. The session “The Use of Pulsed Electric Fields (PEF) in the Food Industry” will be held from 16:30 to 17:30 on 28th September and chaired by Stefan Toepfl, Managing Director of Elea. This session brings together researchers, technology providers and food industry practitioners to discuss the latest applications and future opportunities for PEF in food processing.
