PEF test for well-known potato chip producer

A famous potato chip manufacturer in the Philippines came to our lab for PEF test of related products, such as: potato, sweet potato, taro, lotus root and carrot.
The test results prove that the PEF can effectively open the cells of the product, change the product structure, thereby reducing the cutting damage of the product, shorten the frying time, reduce the frying temperature, and effectively improve the color and taste of the final products, and the production efficiency of the entire production line has been significantly improved.
