According to the customer's production requirements, since the first production line was put into operation last year, the second production line has entered into the installation and commissioning stage since April 15th this year.  5 engineers from Lenno worked overtimely in nearly 20 days to speed up the installation, and completed the installation of equipment trial run in advance.  The whole production line was finally put into mass production and delivered on May 10.  

  This production line is composed of pre-processing equipment such as TONG Tippers from Britain, KEY separators and several vibrators from USA, FAM cutting machines from Belgium and related supporting equipments such as connected conveyor belts and lifting systems, greatly improved the production efficiency.  

  The KEY OPTYX digital sorters from USA is the key control point of the whole production line.  The OPTYX6000 optical separator is equipped with a high-resolution camera that can recognize color, shape, size and tissue structure, so that small imperfections or foreign objects in the product can be accurately removed.  

  The perfect matching and combination of all production line processes and related equipment has achieved the requirements of high production capacity, high efficiency and low maintenance, and has been highly praised and recognized by customers.
